Job description

Our client is a leading Boutique Asset Management firm, renowned for their culture. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Senior Client Administrator to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the Senior Client Administrator will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage client relationships from inception, collaborating with Investment Managers and coordinating account opening.
  • Maintain existing client accounts, conducting periodic AML reviews and managing agreements and sub-accounts.
  • Coordinate with third parties on custodial matters and derivative/FFX account openings.
  • Cultivate ongoing client relationships where suitable.
  • Handle client queries comprehensively, including reporting, cash transactions, custody, and transitions.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:

  • Proficient in client onboarding procedures, with expertise in KYC/AML/CFT regulations, MIFID, EU Directives, and global tax reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating sound knowledge of asset management company structures.
  • Preferred experience in private client portfolio administration and relevant industry qualifications such as IOC.
