Description

Our client is a European real estate investments house firm. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

1. Assist with the implementation of investor relations processes and communication.
2. Work on research projects and maintain up to date marketing materials for client/investor presentations.
3. Prepare and publish reports.
4. Work with the senior team members to assist them with presentations.
5. Actively contribute on ad-hoc requests together with the Director of Investor Relations.

The Investor Relations Analyst will meet the following skillset:

1. 5+ years’ experience working within investor relations.
2. Understanding and experience of real estate strategies is essential.
3. Experience using CRM platforms.
4. Excellent verbal and writing English; additional European languages would be desirable.
5. Strong analytical ability and numerate.
6. Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
