A leading facilities management company is seeking a Mobile Plumbing biased Engineer in the Liverpool area. The role involves general maintenance, client engagement, and compliance checks. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and a full UK driving license.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Plumbing biased Engineer to join our team working on key contracts within the Liverpool area.

You will be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks and will be C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline, ideally with experience working in a similar environment.

The role will require client engagement and a willingness to provide the best possible solutions to meet the client’s needs.

Experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable as all work is managed via a CAFM based solution.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building.
  • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works
  • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
  • Occasional report writing
  • Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
  • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
  • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing, General building skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving license
  • Client facing - able to communicate at all levels
