What You Can Expect
As an Inside Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet, you will have end-to-end ownership of all inside sales tasks through direct customer interaction (e.g., surgeons, hospital procurement, GPOs, etc.) and technology enabled selling. You will represent a specific product area across the UK & Ireland reporting to the Sales Manager of your region. You will drive long-term responsibility for our inside sales accounts, making an important contribution to overall customer satisfaction and achieving annual sales growth aspirations. Finally, you will be part of a pivotal transformation within Zimmer Biomet history, with large resourcing and focus dedicated to evolving our commercial model and embracing Next-Generation Sales Excellence
This is an office based role requiring you to be in our Swindon office 2 days per week.
How You'll Create Impact
Given your end-to-end ownership of inside sales tasks, you will be expected to proactively identify sales opportunities to uncover potential leads and opportunities for growth. You will also be expected to prepare offers and proposals customized to the specific needs of potential customers, and to negotiate and close contracts with customers. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans, identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, and developing activities to present our value proposition to potential clients through digital channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls).
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including cycle management and sales activities. You will be expected to effectively engage potential customers and facilitate future business opportunities according to a data-driven approach.
Collaboration with multicultural teams and our cross-functional resources will be integral to success as an Inside Sales Representative at Zimmer Biomet. You will work closely with colleagues from our Marketing team, Commercial Excellence team, Business Units and country field sales teams to leverage expertise, share insights, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
