Job Description
Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring a reduction of arrears using all available communication methods
Proactively negotiate repayment agreements with customers
Provide support across the full arrears lifecycle
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input
Ensure all tenant interactions comply with property industry standards
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication
Report to the team manager on a regular basis
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Account Lead should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Knowledge and understanding of the full arrears lifecycle
Experience managing customer accounts and relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the property industry and its standards
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
