What you will do:

1. Manage the care and support for children looked after and care leavers, diligently fulfilling statutory duties under Part 6 of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (2014) Wales.
2. Collaborate effectively with social services teams and other agencies to create strong, collaborative partnerships.
3. Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused social care to children and their families, while taking into account risks associated with each case.
4. Build effective and trusting relationships with children and their families to ensure their needs are met and voices heard.
5. Stay up-to-date with current practices and standards in social care to maintain the highest levels of professional service.
