Job Summary:Join Arqiva as a Sales Performance Manager to optimize performance management and governance within our commercial team, ensuring high-quality opportunities through expertise in CRM systems, reporting, and sales governance.

The Role:

  • CRM Management: Lead development and optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer insights and data accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Implement sales forecasting and reporting using Salesforce; analyze sales performance data.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and develop KPIs to drive performance.
  • Governance Cadence: Maintain sales governance standards and ensure quality and return compliance.
  • Sales Compensation: Collaborate on sales compensation plans, run reports, and manage payments.
  • Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

The Person:

  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent influencing and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and provide training/support.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience: Proven in sales performance and governance, familiar with Salesforce; degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
