Job description

As an IT Business Systems Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our global organization, helping drive efficiency and innovation within a people-first culture.

This role offers the flexibility of our hybrid work model, allowing you to balance your time between our offices at Eagle Court in Birmingham and remote work, giving you the best of both worlds.

As the ITBusiness Systems Support Manager, you’ll ensure our critical business systems run seamlessly, managing their continuous operation and integration. In this key role, you’ll oversee system and incident management, vendor accountability, and SLA compliance, while providing essential support to resolver groups and stakeholders impacted by our systems.

You’ll also lead project-based workstreams aimed at system upgrades, optimizations, and enhancements, partnering with cross-functional teams to align system improvements with business needs. Your role will include translating these needs into actionable system requirements, managing their execution, and delivering user training programs to empower teams in effectively leveraging our systems.

Skills Set for Success:

  • Educated and or experienced within an Information Technology environment partnering external vendors and managing multiple relationships
  • Experience within business systems support or management.
  • Strong background in managing third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Proficient in system integration methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholder.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A few of our key systems include M3, Consafe Astro, and Element Logic AutoStore, however, it is not essential that you have experience in working with these system
