Job Description

Join AECOM’s Port and Marine team in the North as an Associate Director with civil and structural expertise. Lead multiple projects, support team development, and ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  2. Review technical specifications, reports, and notes to high standards.
  3. Mentor staff and support their technical growth.
  4. Coordinate with disciplines and clients, assist in tender preparations.
  5. Design structures in the Marine Environment (quay walls, piers, jetties, etc.).
  6. Manage client relationships and lead teams on contracts.
  7. Ensure compliance with British Standards, Eurocodes, and safety practices.
  8. Deliver projects of varying complexity and scale.
Qualifications
  • CEng / IEng in civil or structural engineering or imminent achievement.
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance.
