Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Cambridge House, your primary focus will be on developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build best-in-class teams across all departments. You will lead recruitment efforts, enhance the candidate experience, and foster a positive team member culture.

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for both line level and management positions.
  2. Oversee visa recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, completing training plans, visa petitions, and related paperwork.
  3. Manage the onboarding process, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
  4. Act as a liaison with schools, universities, and employment agencies, and attend job fairs as needed.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent & Culture teams on hiring needs, internal transfers, and career development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably within hospitality.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Knowledge of hotel-related recruitment, including food & beverage, culinary, and operations roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
