Windsor Forest Colleges Group - Teacher of Business and Marketing

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Teacher of Business and Marketing to join our Strode’s College team on a full-time permanent basis. The expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 20th August 2025.

Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to teach A-Level Business and vocational courses (BTEC or T-Level) to Level 3 learners. The goal is to ensure high-quality student learning through effective and efficient use of college resources.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a teaching program within your area of expertise, focusing on student progression towards successful and value-added completion.
  • Assessing student progress regularly and preparing appropriate progress reports.
  • Providing accurate and timely data, including registers, withdrawals, transfers, assessment results, and progress reports.
  • Maintaining student morale and discipline both inside and outside the classroom, in collaboration with college management.
