Job description

Head of Marketing – Nightlife & Culture | London | Full-Time

Salary: £60K + Incredible Benefits

London

At CoCo Group, we partner with some of the most exciting brands in events, music and nightlife—and right now, we’re looking for a firestarter Head of Marketing to lead the charge for one of the most legendary names in the music & nightlife industry.

This is not your average marketing gig. This is your chance to shape the future of an institution that has defined the industry for decades. If you live and breathe electronic music, think in campaigns, dream in data, and can bring big ideas to life across every channel—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the strategic powerhouse driving all marketing activity—from concept to execution—for a brand that dominates night culture, digital media, and unforgettable live experiences.

You’ll:

  • Craft and execute audience-first marketing campaigns that span live events, digital content, and immersive brand moments.
  • Lead integrated strategies across social, digital, email, partnerships, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Programming, Commercial, Creative) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
  • Own and optimise media planning—across paid social, search, programmatic, OOH, and activations—using a data-led, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Oversee CRM and website performance to drive ticket sales and engagement.
  • Develop storytelling-led content strategies that connect culture, community, and commerce.
  • Work with PR and influencer agencies to amplify brand voice and cultural relevance.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and creative team with pace, passion, and purpose.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets, reporting on performance, ROI, and impact.

Who You Are:

You’re not just a marketer—you’re a cultural strategist, a creative leader, and a digital native. You move fast, think big, and never settle.

The Person…

  • A proven track record in leading end-to-end marketing in music, nightlife, or youth culture sectors.
  • Deep understanding of club culture, digital behaviour, and content trends.
  • Experience driving ticket sales and brand growth through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in media planning, CRM, social strategy, and brand identity.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to unite teams around big visions.
  • Commercial savvy, budget confidence, and the strategic acumen to tie everything to KPIs.

Why This Role?

Because this is more than a job—it’s a mission. You’ll be joining a brand that isn’t just part of the culture, it creates culture. You’ll shape how the world experiences music, nightlife, and community. You’ll challenge the norm, set the pace, and leave your mark on one of the most iconic names in the scene.
