You will be responsible for
As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.Learn about the different meat cuts and specificationsWork in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislationAfter training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
