Exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Consultant to join an award-winning Microsoft Partner working with several clients in the Public Sector.

Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, my client is passionate about driving transformational results for their clients, from inception and planning to deployment and support. They are truly invested in their practices and are driven by exceeding expectations.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Provide analysis of the client's business needs, understanding their aims and objectives, and give feedback on how Dynamics 365 CE/CRM can add value.
  2. Understand the company's current architecture after analysis and propose optimal solutions. Design TDD + FDD documents and seek stakeholder approval.
  3. Manage individual delivery tasks, including task assignment, troubleshooting, peer reviews, and delivery management.
  4. Plan and execute Dynamics 365 CRM development implementations, keeping clients informed throughout.
  5. Maintain excellent knowledge of the capabilities within D365 CE/CRM.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Design and development experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Service.
  • Expertise in Power Platform Development: Model-driven apps, Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Hands-on customization and configuration experience with D365.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server 2008 or above.
  • Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+ and web APIs.
