Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Reporting and BI Leader. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and has experience in leading and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You should be familiar with developing/using MI fulfilment tooling.
A bit about the job:
Our team is dedicated to delivering and maintaining comprehensive Business and Operational Management Information (MI) services for the Health and the Protection business. We leverage a variety of tools, including Business Objects, PBI, Excel, and QlikSense, to create and sustain robust MI solutions.
Our services are pivotal in driving Aviva's customer-centricity, growth, and efficiency goals by providing high-end reporting solutions for strategic change initiatives.
By offering insightful analysis on key customer metrics such as complaints, telephony, claims, TNPS and customer demand, we bring to life the view of the customer and support informed decision-making.
The role is a team Leader role, leading a high-performing, agile team within the broader Data Insights function, delivering high-quality data solutions using market-leading technologies.
Proven experience in the data domain, with particular emphasis on leading or delivering data fulfilment services, would be advantageous
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proven experience in leading project-based initiatives, including overseeing and planning requirements gathering, development, and deployment.
Strong skills in coaching and developing team members.
An understanding of the insurance industry’s approach to risk management.
A history of identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Demonstrable skills in resource planning.

Starting salary £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
