Job Description
As Compliance Manager, you will play a lead role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, reviewing and improving existing policies. You will manage audit compliance reviews and undertake training on compliance, educating the wider team and monitoring CPD to ensure the team stays up to date. There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career.
The Successful Applicant
For this Compliance Manager role, you will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified with a career background in accountancy practice. You may also have a hands-on, client delivery-focused background as a Client Manager in an existing managerial or review capacity, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services, and wider services to a mixed client base including limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, and partnerships. You will be motivated and looking for an opportunity to move into a more analytical, detail-oriented, and internally focused role, improving compliance procedures and training others on this aspect. You will seek a challenging, long-term permanent career move where you can carve a career and see a route to progress within a highly successful chartered firm of accountants.
What's on Offer
Circa £36,000 - £48,000 + benefits, negotiable based on experience and background of the right professional.
