The Associate Management team handles resourcing, contracting, onboarding, and retention of this community, working with various internal departments to ensure requirements are met and associates have a positive experience. The team consists of approximately 30 core colleagues, expanding during peak periods, within a wider department of about 50 staff.

  2. Coordinate the completion and analysis of process maps for all associate-led activities.
  3. Act as the SME for technical projects and initiatives, ensuring changes are fully impacted, assessed, and approved.
  4. Identify associate pain points and champion user requirements in technology roadmaps.
  5. Engage with associate-facing teams to understand and improve the overall associate experience.
  6. Collaborate with the Associate Management team to address issues related to resourcing and onboarding.
  7. Develop and maintain an associate change roadmap to track process changes.
  8. Ensure adherence to processes across business areas, supporting monitoring and compliance.
  9. Measure and report on the impact of process changes, working with the Nexus development team.
  10. Oversee technical requests related to the associate experience, managing them to resolution.
  11. Coordinate with stakeholders, such as Training Managers, to ensure changes are reflected in training materials.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of AQA's operational context and stakeholder groups.
  • Extensive knowledge of process improvement, business justification, and requirement prioritisation.
  • Strong technical skills in analyzing and documenting business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organisational levels, including the Executive Team.
  • Good project management skills and financial awareness, capable of managing plans and budgets.
