Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Team Leader/Supervisor

Salary: CambridgeSalary - Negotiable Depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours between 7am-7pm

Position Summary:

Due to continued expansion, this forward-thinking company is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution, and post-reporting.
  2. Collaborate with production and planning teams to maximize capacity.
  3. Manage spare parts, repairable items, and stock.
  4. Maintain maintenance standards continually.
  5. Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  6. Uphold high health & safety standards across the team.
Skills and Experience:
  • Recognized Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience or relevant experience demonstrating readiness for the next step.
  • Strong health & safety knowledge and experience.
