We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intercom, Access Control, CCTV and Auto Door Engineer to join our teams - covering our depots in Manchester, Newcastle & Sheffield

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing intercom systems, access control systems, CCTV and automated doors in residential and commercial properties. They will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.

We rely on our Engineers to provide a professional service, delivering schedules on time and handling technical queries raised by clients. Covering 3 of our depots, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting in the effort to offer excellent customer service and to get the job done.

Here’s what you can expect to do as an Engineer with Lloyd Worrall:

  • Install and configure intercom systems, access control systems, CCTV and automated doors in residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on these systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with these systems
  • Work with project managers and clients to develop customized solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
  • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines

Due to the nature of the role, the following requirements are necessary:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of intercom, access control, and automated doors systems
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of safety regulations
  • Valid UK driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DBS & security checks
