PPA Teacher Cover

Location: Sheffield, S2

Salary: £125 - £179 Per Day

We are seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across various pre-school classes. The role involves covering teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time, ensuring the smooth implementation of the curriculum and supporting children's developmental needs.

This position offers the opportunity to work across different year groups, delivering engaging lessons and supporting both students and staff. Whether you are an experienced teacher or a newly qualified one based in Sheffield, this role is a great opportunity to develop your career.

We welcome applications from teachers of all experience levels, from recent graduates to those with over 20 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across various preschool classes.
  • Support and implement the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to lead teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and prepare educational activities.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Newly qualified teachers are welcome.
  • Experience teaching across different year groups in a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
