Job Description

• Lead the buying process for the Womenswear department, ensuring products meet customer expectations and trends.
• Lead inspirational, product development trips and factory visits globally.
• Develop, implement, and review buying strategies to increase sales and profit margins.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible terms.
• Work closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive product range.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform buying decisions.
• Oversee product range selection and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all buying activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior buyers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
