Senior Finance Analyst Job, Woking, Surrey, Paying up to £55k, Hybrid, Discretionary Bonus, Free Parking

Your New Company

You will be joining a growing SME based near Woking town centre in their head office. Your new role as Senior Finance Analyst will be based within a team who have built an excellent culture in the last year. This is a newly created role with plenty of opportunities to make your mark!


Your New Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, your newly created role will be key in providing detailed analysis of the business' performance across its key revenue streams. You'll initially support with putting together new KPI and management packs. You'll have the autonomy to define what the data should look like and how it is presented. You'll then work with the business to highlight key risks and opportunities by partnering with Operations. Alongside this, you'll work on improving systems across the wider finance team. This is a great opportunity to develop in a newly created and unique role!


What You'll Need to Succeed

In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should have proven experience with analysis, board/management pack presentations, and systems. You should also be a confident communicator, able to partner up to Director level and happy to work in a hands-on role!
