Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal

• Assist with the day-to-day running of files for solicitors and other fee earners
• Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for the County Court
• Manage multiple deadlines that relate to a variety of legal cases at any one time
• Prepare trial bundles
• Liaise with the Court prior to trials to ensure necessary paperwork is in hand
• Attend Court to assist Barristers and other fee-earners and help with any inquiries
• Conduct advocacy in the County Court on routine matters

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in Law (or appropriate conversion)
• Ability to conduct effective legal research
• Possess solid drafting skills
• Ability to prepare pleadings and witness statements for the Court
• Competent in all MS applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in Housing Management and Property Litigation in a similar role
