The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, directly influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your estate agency in your familiar area, handling prospecting, valuations, and negotiations.

You will benefit from Nested’s marketing support, including door knocking, direct mail, flyers, and local advertising. You will manage client relationships from start to finish, supported by our app and in-house team.

Our commission structure rewards your hard work, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing to 100%, offering significant earning potential.

This role provides full autonomy to operate estate agency your way, supported by Nested’s brand and resources.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of top-tier residential estate agency experience, including valuing, winning business, and customer service.
• Strong marketing strategy skills and local market knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and high work ethic.
• Deep familiarity with Altrincham, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
• Alignment with Nested’s values and customer-centric approach.
• Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for personal branding is expected.
