This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children's Services Disability team. The successful candidate will join a team comprising a team leader, 3 FTE social workers, 5 Practitioners, and 2 development workers. This team supports children and their families affected by disability by undertaking assessments of need (Section 23) and creating and reviewing packages of care. Applicants should be able to work creatively and flexibly to meet needs and be passionate about supporting families with disabilities.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Salary: Minimum £37,618.22 per annum based on 36 hours/week over 52 weeks.
