The Opportunity

Experienced solicitors with 10+ years PQE are invited to apply for an exciting opportunity within our Corporate Team, focusing on corporate matters.

Successful candidates will be hardworking, diligent team players who are ambitious and eager to lead on challenging, intellectually stimulating legal issues.

Candidates should have a proven track record of success and demonstrate a proactive, effective approach to Business Development (BD).

This role is considered mid to senior level, and we support the right candidate with progression planning within Spire, reflecting our commitment to staff development and support.

About The Role
  1. Lead or assist in corporate transactions, contracts, management buy-ins/outs, joint ventures, restructuring;
  2. Review documents, develop reports, and prepare ancillary deliverables;
  3. Draft transaction documentation and support varied transaction actions;
  4. Support other teams at Spire with work production;
  5. Build strong relationships with partners and lawyers across the firm;
  6. Contribute to innovative services and procedural improvements;
  7. Lead active BD to develop client and referrer relationships.
