We’re now looking for an On site Learning Administrator to work at our client’s premises in Basildon (Dunton) and Dagenham, ensuring all Classes / Sessions / Events running, either in person or virtually, are successfully organised. You will also be personally responsible for maintaining excellent Client and Stakeholder relationships, as well as contributing to the Internal KPI’s / SLA’s and ensuring all Customer Satisfaction scores are achieved or exceeded.
This is a part time opportunity working 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am -12pm.

Qualifications
You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales; ideally, you’ll also have previous experience in a Training Co-ordination / Learning Administration or Event co-ordination role.
This role is split across 2 sites (Dagenham and Dunton) and as such your contract will state 2 places of work. These locations are only 17 miles apart and you will need to be able to work in both locations on different days, depending on what Events are running / holiday cover / team meetings etc. necessitate it.
