Site Manager Required - Immediate - Spalding - Housing - Brilliant Opportunity

One of our longstanding residential developers, who build approximately 500 units per year, is seeking an experienced Production Site Manager to start as soon as possible in the Spalding, Lincolnshire area. The start date is ideally within the next two weeks, following a two-stage interview process consisting of a telephone interview and a face-to-face meeting at our client's Head Office.

Our client builds both private open market and housing association developments and takes pride in constructing homes for the future that cater to a wide range of families. Their open market homes are traditionally designed with outstanding quality and attention to detail. They also work closely with established Housing Associations throughout the design, technical, and construction phases to deliver high-quality, affordable homes for their clients.

Job Details

1. Location: Spalding
2. Pay Rate: £270 - £300 per day (depending on experience)
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Duration: Over 12 months or temp-to-perm
5. Payroll Model: Weekly
