You’ll engage with all our visitors to inspire support through fundraising and membership, helping our visitors have the best experience possible.

Job Responsibilities:
You’ll be using your creativity and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team of staff and volunteers to perform at their brilliant best.
You’ll have supervisory responsibility for the Welcome Team working with the Welcome Manager to ensure high performance.
You’ll have responsibility for the day to day operation of the welcome building and car park, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of service, presentation and visitor experience.
Job Requirements:
Experience of inspiring and motivating through coaching and role modelling
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understanding of the aims and ethos of the National Trust
Experience of working to multiple deadlines and managing own workload
Is hard working and a committed and a team player
A flexible customer focused approach, with exceptional standards of customer service
Strong IT skills and knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures
Outstanding organisation and planning skills, and a good eye for detail
Excellent people skills, enabling strong relationships, both externally and internally
Proven record of achieving multiple targets and budgets
