Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and innovative Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel marketing efforts as a generalist. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with proven experience across key areas, including CRM, social media, digital advertising, and performance marketing. You’ll take ownership of marketing activities across both residential and commercial sectors, focusing on customer acquisition, growth, and retention. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence, optimising campaign performance, and ensuring our message reaches the right audiences. Key Accountabilities

Digital Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of the content calendar. Plan, implement, and track high-performing and data-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google advertising (Search, Display, YouTube), email, push notifications, and organic growth channels (SEO, social, content) to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel engagement campaigns for retail and commercial, including newsletters, blog content, social media, and awards, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging.
  • Use a strong eye for content creation to craft compelling copy for landing pages, campaigns, and blog articles that drive traffic, conversion, and engagement.
  • Lead the execution of B2C and B2B CRM campaigns using Braze, including email, push notifications, surveys, and in-app messaging, to drive customer engagement and lifecycle performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Operations, and Product to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and customer experience strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end CRM process, including campaign design, implementation, segmentation, personalisation, and optimisation using industry best practices.
  • Bring expertise in CRM performance marketing, improving the relevance and impact of communications to increase conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Own performance marketing analytics, using A/B testing, segmentation, and conversion funnel insights to optimise the impact of all digital and CRM campaigns.
  • Report on and analyse key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Return on Investment (ROI), open/click rates, and unsubscribe trends.
  • Use tools like HubSpot and Braze for campaign automation, reporting, and customer journey optimisation.
