D365 F&O Application Support - (Specifically O2C)

I’m working with a long-standing client in thefood & beverage sector, based in the North West, who’ve recentlycompleted their Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.They’re now looking to bring in an ERP Application Support Analyst onboard to support the ongoing stability and optimisation of theplatform.

I'm keen to speak with you if you have indepth knowledge & experience within the Finance Module, specificallyO2C.

This is a great opportunity to join aclose-knit, collaborative team where you’ll be the go-to for D365 F&Osupport, playing a key role in issue resolution and continuousimprovement of their application landscape.

WhatI'm looking for / Day 2 Day:

• This is a hands-onsupport role focused on the full O2C cycle within Dynamics 365 F&O,working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient orderprocessing and customer billing operations.
• Act as theprimary point of contact for Order to Cash-related support in D365F&O.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across salesorders, invoicing, pricing, and credit management.
• Supportday-to-day operational processes within the O2C cycle.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service tomaintain process efficiency.
• Assist with configurationtweaks, testing, and minor enhancements.
• Escalate complexissues to the wider ERP/Application team or 3rd party where required.
• Document fixes, processes, and known issues for internalknowledge base.
• Strong understanding of business rules andsystem configuration.
• Ability to streamline and automateprocesses with smart, practical solutions.
• Confident inwriting technical and functional specs – including integrations,migrations, and config changes.
• Experience with businessworkflows.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactiveapproach.

Ideal Background:

• 3+years D365 F&O Experience
• Solid experience supporting theOrder to Cash process within D365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional understanding of sales orders, invoicing,credit control, and customer accounts.
• Confidenttroubleshooting issues and working with end users.
• Understanding of basic finance processes and how they tieinto O2C.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
