Job description

Are you looking for your next physiotherapy challenge with sea views and supportive colleagues?

Come and join our Intermediate Care and Community Therapy team, where you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll discover a lifestyle, a community, and a team that values you.

We’re looking for a dynamic and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist to join our friendly, supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment where you can make a real difference to patients' lives.

We’re based in the picturesque coastal towns of Teignmouth and Dawlish, where rolling hills meet the sea. Whether you’re a fan of water sports, coastal walks, or cosy cafes with sea views, you’ll find it here. And with great transport links and vibrant local communities, you’ll quickly feel at home.

"We love the sense of community — not just in our team, but in the people we care for. It's a great place to live and work." – Current Team Member

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy across a range of community settings. You’ll work autonomously and as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, which includes nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, and more.

Your Day-to-day Will Include
  1. Providing expert care in patients’ homes and intermediate care placements
  2. Managing your own caseload across varied and often complex conditions
  3. Working closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to prevent hospital admissions and support early discharges
  4. Participate in our flexible weekend and late duty rotas
Why work with us
  • Our Physiotherapy team is committed to supporting your professional and personal growth. We offer career development conversations, clinical supervision, and access to CPD opportunities to help you thrive.
  • We are a sociable & supportive team: We’re a genuinely friendly group who love what we do. You’ll find open communication, clinical support, and people who lift each other up.
  • Great work-life balance: With nature on your doorstep, you’ll enjoy the chance to unwind after work with beach walks, paddleboarding, or just soaking in the views.
  • Career growth: You’ll access strong professional development support, in-service training, and opportunities to supervise and mentor junior staff and students.
  • Integrated working: Experience true multi-disciplinary collaboration that helps deliver holistic care to our community.
