Finance Manager - Campbell College

We are proud to be working in partnership with Campbell College, a renowned and historic educational institution in East Belfast, to recruit a new Finance Manager to their staff. Responsibilities:
  1. Lead day-to-day finance operations including payroll, fees, and payments.
  2. Prepare detailed management accounts, projections, and cashflow reporting.
  3. Manage annual budgeting, financial statements, audits, and compliance tasks.
  4. Oversee payroll processes, staffing budgets, and salary reporting systems.
  5. Monitor pupil fees, handle debt recovery, treasury, and VAT returns.
  6. Manage finances for College's retail arm, including VAT and reporting.
  7. Support departmental budgets, visa processes, parent communication, and governance.
  8. Provide HR support on contracts, employment law, and staff welfare.
Who we are looking for:
  • Qualified accountant with broad post-qualification financial experience.
  • Self-motivated, detail-focused, organised, with strong numeracy.
  • Proficient in Excel, accounting software, online banking.
  • Experienced leader; payroll, charity, education, GDPR knowledge.
