Business Partnerships Coordinator - Education and Children's Care Services
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to offices in London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Partnerships Coordinator to join the Commercial Team of a national education and care provider. This team is central to the organisation’s growth and sustainability, generating income across a network of schools and care settings.
About the Role
This role combines elements of business development, marketing support, and data analysis to help drive strategic decisions and maximise occupancy and revenue.
The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the organisation, including finance, referrals, marketing, and operational managers within schools and residential settings.
Key Objectives
- Support the Strategic Partnerships Director and Commercial Team in meeting occupancy and growth targets.
- Lead on data analysis using CRM systems to inform strategic planning.
- Assist with marketing activities and external communications.
- Provide support in managing referrals, tenders, and local authority relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on commercial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Arbor), ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Prepare briefing reports for external meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Support the coordination of referrals, ensuring contractual and procedural compliance.
- Monitor and respond to tender opportunities, coordinating responses in partnership with senior colleagues.
- Work with the marketing team on events, website updates, analytics, and database management.
- Liaise with finance colleagues to resolve local authority invoicing issues.
- Complete data requests, support with framework returns, and maintain accurate records of fee changes.
- Support external research and stakeholder engagement where required.
- Provide administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Director, including monthly expense submissions.
Key Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above
- Strong experience in education, health, social care, or related sectors
- Excellent data handling and analytical skills, especially using CRMs and Excel
