The ideal candidate will own the entire production and assembly process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production process
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Lead and implement continuous improvement efforts within assembly operations
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Drive Safety, Quality, and Efficiency across the manufacturing operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of production management or continuous improvement roles
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative team environment
