This role is an integral part of the Finance team at ISS UK. As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide the tools, analysis, and insights needed to challenge thinking and support informed decision-making within a portfolio of key accounts.

Job Description

Your role is crucial in driving business strategy, maximising value creation for clients, and minimising risk exposure.

As Finance Business Partner, you will offer real-time support and analysis, acting as a trusted advisor to add value and aid in decision-making.

You will be responsible for reporting all contractual and financial matters to both ISS UK and the client team.

This includes end-to-end financial management for the client contract, ensuring comprehensive oversight and accountability.

Your expertise will help guide financial strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives, supporting the overall success of ISS and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with peers of the Client's representatives; promoting ISS and development of services and understanding the changing needs of the Client.
• Build partnerships and strong relationships with managers, stakeholders and their teams providing financial support to commercial decision making.
• Challenge and support the business (unit) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions, contract negotiations, price execution and process improvements.
• Ensure customer contract governance is adhered to, including client reporting, reconciliations and change notes governance are in place.
• Identify and support in executing gap closure plans including proactive identification of financial and commercial risk.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month end results.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Commercial finance experience in a commercial service contract environment.
• Prior client facing experience is essential.
