X4 Technology are partnered with a global financial institution to hire a contract Project Manager to support a high-impact transformation programme which aims to simplify, digitise and automate the lending experience, while establishing a globally aligned operating model.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager (Credit & Lending Transformation)

• Shape and execute the project roadmap
• Lead planning, governance and stakeholder engagement
• Manage scope, resources, timelines and dependencies
• Drive decision-making and benefits realisation
• Support Agile delivery (backlog management, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Coordinate cross-functional technology delivery

Requirements for the Project Manager (Credit & Lending Transformation)

• Track record of leading hybrid teams in complex banking environments
• Skilled in agile delivery, stakeholder management, planning and governance
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk, controls and cross-functional coordination
• Clear, confident communicator with collaborative, delivery-driven leadership style

The role is paying £500-525/d on an inside IR35 basis. The initial contract is for 6 months, with significant scope to extend for the right candidate.
