About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Support Stage Manager to oversee the technical delivery of entertainment across one of our four venues. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the LX/AV, Sound, and Stage Teams, ensuring that all shows are delivered seamlessly as rehearsed during technical and dress rehearsals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance, cleaning, and stocking of all technical elements, including props, set pieces, pyrotechnics, and supporting materials.
  2. Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and ready for each performance.
  3. Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety both on and off stage.
  4. Conducting regular safety checks, completing show reports, and monitoring compliance with health and safety procedures throughout the production process.
  5. Supporting the development of a robust cover program for show operations and contributing to the creation of succession plans.

About You

We're looking for experience in the entertainments industry, including stage management and leadership. You should have a passion for delivering high-quality entertainment, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and implement ways to enhance processes and increase team experience. You must follow all company procedures and brand guidelines, and be flexible across our breaks, such as family, adult, and conferences.

We're looking for a team member with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude, who can work to deadlines. You should be a committed team player, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional products and services.
