Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retoucher located in Shirebrook. The Retoucher will be responsible for enhancing and improving images, ensuring high-quality visuals, and collaborating with the creative team to meet project requirements. Daily tasks will include photo editing, color correction, retouching imperfections, and maintaining consistency across all images. The Retoucher will work closely with photographers and designers to ensure that all imagery meets the company’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Photo editing, color correction, and retouching skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for high-quality visuals
• Ability to work collaboratively with photographers, designers, and other team members
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Shirebrook
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
