Your Role:

• Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with stakeholders to enable effective delivery of Business Analysis services.
• Identify Guidewire (CC/PC/BC) product customization and configuration requirements, including deviations from Out Of the Box (OOTB), and guide technical teams in implementation.
• Review, evaluate, and support solutions to ensure they meet requirements and adhere to IT Governance Standards.
• Research the feasibility of proposed changes to instill confidence in the solution's effectiveness.
• Model business processes to understand needs, analyze impacts, and recommend options considering costs and risks.
• Document customer requirements, prepare User Stories, and develop conceptual sprint plans.

Your Profile:

• Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or Policy Center functionalities.
• 6-10 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of claims, policies, and billing administrative processes.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Background in Insurance, especially Commercial & London Market Insurance, focusing on Specialty, Property, and Casualty.
• Excellent understanding of Guidewire Products and Best Practices.
• Hands-on experience in scripting documents such as User Stories, As-Is/To-Be Models, Business/Functional Requirement Documents, and more.
• Experience in Impact and Gap Analysis, Business Process Diagrams, RTM, and multi-tier mapping.
