Job description

Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Term-time, 27.5 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team initially within the SEMH provision at Hunnyhill Primary School.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the social, emotional, and mental health of our pupils to help them reach their potential.
  2. Work proactively to meet each pupil’s individual needs.
  3. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Patience and reliability.
  • Experience working with children in an inclusive Primary school setting.
  • Good knowledge of teaching and behaviour strategies.
  • TA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
