The Role:

• Phonics Interventions: Deliver small-group phonics sessions to Year 1 pupils to support early reading progress.
• Class Cover: Step in for teachers when needed across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure continuity of learning.
• Supporting Learning: Work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support to students, adapting lessons to individual needs.
