Unlock your true potential in Haematology & Blood Transfusion with a pivotal role at Charing Cross Hospital. We're seeking an ambitious Biomedical Scientist to join our dedicated nightworker team. This position is ideal for Band 6 aspirants or those looking for enriching experiences in a new environment.
We desire a candidate passionate about making a significant impact in Haematology & Blood Transfusion. You should possess HCPC registration, substantial post-registration experience in routine Haematology, Blood Transfusion, and morphology, along with excellent technical, interpersonal, and IT skills. Effective communication and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential.
In this role, you'll help maintain and develop our high-quality laboratory services, ensuring optimal care for our clinical users. You will also contribute to maintaining our department's quality systems and achieving UKAS accreditation. Our haematology team is passionate and innovative, constantly improving processes.
The laboratory operates 24/7, requiring full participation in all contractual shifts. Joining us means becoming part of a dedicated family committed to making a difference.
