Join We Are Swim, the UK's leading premium Learn to Swim experience, at swim@ West Coventry Academy. We are seeking engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Team Leaders within our industry-leading swimming team.

Your main responsibilities will include supervising swimming lesson safety, delivering lifesaving and first aid, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and facilities. You'll support the teaching team, utilize technology to engage customers, and work collaboratively to deliver a premium service. This role involves customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices.

This position is for weekday evenings and weekends.

Duties
  • Provide lifeguard duties during learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11, from non-swimmers to competent swimmers.
  • Plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed lessons for children aged 3-11.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families both in and out of the water.
  • Ensure the safe use, storage, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Complete and record health and safety checks electronically as assigned by the swim@ manager.
  • Maintain the facility's cleanliness and safety at all times.
  • Engage in personal development through training, observation, and feedback to uphold high standards.
  • Act as a positive role model, encouraging children to reach their swimming potential.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, facility tours, driving memberships, and attending team training sessions to share best practices.
  • Distribute awards and certificates to celebrate achievements.
  • Adhere to all swim@ policies, including safeguarding, equal opportunities, and health and safety, with training provided.
