This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business committed to financial excellence, innovation and people development. We are looking for ambitious and driven finance graduate to join our structured graduate programme, designed to provide broad exposure across key finance functions and generous study support to obtain a financial professional qualification.
You will develop a strong foundation in financial operations, reporting, forecasting and business strategy. Over the course of 24 months, you will rotate across multiple finance teams, gaining hands-on experience and working with senior finance professionals. You will split your time between working in the Chorley office and working from home.
This role is a September 2025 start.

You should be agile, resilient and ready to take on real industry challenges.
We would like you to be graduating in 2025 or have already graduated and hold at least a 2:2-degree qualification. A degree in Accountancy/Finance or a commercially orientated/mathematical degree would benefit this role. You will be computer literate, have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a team. We would also like you to be organised, self-driven and have good attention to detail with a desire to keep on developing.
