Please note that this is a night shift role (Wednesday-Saturday / 18:30-5:00). Amazon emphasizes the importance of HR in building a strong team to enhance customer experience. As an HR assistant, your goal will be to motivate employees and foster engagement through a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR leaders and management on various projects, handle HR-related questions and administrative tasks, create reports for leadership, and plan initiatives to improve employee wellbeing.

This role involves working on-site with warehouse teams, supporting HR processes, and engaging employees through feedback and activities. You may work on rotation with colleagues, ensuring HR support is always available. The team is part of Amazon's Customer Fulfilment division, which handles over 1.5 million orders daily and operates from Fulfilment Centres that are central to Amazon’s logistics network.

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant experience in HR, Employee Relations or Payroll
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at various levels, including leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding processes and related administrative tasks
• Basic knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices
