Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Generating a pipeline of new business through a consultative sales approach from a range of SME businesses.
  2. Building strong networks and awareness of the company's Apprenticeship Training offer by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars.
  3. Creating engaging and effective vacancy advertisements.
  4. Producing costed quotations and proposals to secure apprenticeship contracts.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry funding, eligibility, legislation, and regional grants.
  6. Scheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacancies.
  7. Ensuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team.
  8. Collaborating with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activities.
  9. Recording all meetings and customer contacts using the CRM database.
  10. Creating detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for the Resourcing Team.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and a successful track record in recruitment sales or selling apprenticeships.

You should be:

  • Energetic and driven to exceed targets while maintaining quality and high levels of customer service.
  • Natural at building trusting relationships.
  • Passionate about supporting businesses and helping apprentices succeed and progress.
  • Professional, personable, and approachable.
