Job Description

As a Health and Safety Solicitor your duties will include:

• Provide legal advice on health and safety matters to clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Manage and resolve health and safety related disputes
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Stay up to date with changes in health and safety laws
• Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team
• Contribute to the development of health and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Health and Safety Solicitor' should have between 2-5 years experience in health and safety or transferable skills from criminal law. Please note the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
