Job description

We are seeking an experienced gas engineer to join our busy Coventry team to carry out service and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers.

Overview of Role:

The primary responsibility of the Heating Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our client's properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
2. Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
3. Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
4. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
5. Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available to fulfill job requirements.
