Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic planning and development of integrated Occupational Health (OH) services to best support the needs of the Army. They will work in line with Commander DHRG's direction, managing complex OH delivery and prioritization. This includes developing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure the efficient and effective management of services.

Duties include providing expert clinical leadership advice, demonstrating high levels of clinical judgment, critical analysis, and advanced decision-making skills. The post holder will lead as a driver for change, monitoring and improving standards through data analysis and trend monitoring.
